Have you sent out a Magic Buyer Letter in the last 30 days?
If you have a qualified buyer, this is a campaign you should 1000% send out this week.
We’ve helped agents generate well over half a billion dollars in business from Magic Buyer Letters.
Sue Sloan sent 400 letters and has 5 hand raisers.
Scott Steadman generated 1 in person home tour, 1 CMA request, and 1 phone call.
Most of the time, one letter is all it takes.
But if you want to squeeze out even more opportunities, here’s a pro-tip from Scott:
He generated an additional:
3 in person home tours
2 CMA requests
2 phone calls

Every template you need is inside ListingLeads.com.
But even if you don’t become a member, use this exact framework to create your own:
Introduce yourself. Who you are, who you're with, and who your buyers are.
Share your buyers backstory. Give the buyers a name and one personal detail - the dog, the kids, why they love this neighborhood specifically.
Highlight the challenge. They've been looking. They haven't found it. They're renting and ready.
Make it personal. Tell them why this property, not just any property.
Qualify your buyers. Pre-approved, serious, flexible.
Make a clear ask. Give your number, invite a conversation, and add a soft out for homeowners who aren't ready yet.
Rinse and repeat.
Let’s get to work.
Jimmy
P.S. Fast Track by ListingLeads.com is this Friday at 1pm ET. Limited to 100 new agents. Most of the spots are already filled after announcing it yesterday, but if you want in, get more details here.
