1) Before it hits the market
2) The moment you get your first offer
No one talks about the second one.
So when you get an offer on a listing, turn on the afterburners.
The clock has started.
This could force buyers off the sidelines into the game and create more offers for your clients.
It will also be a way to pull out more buyer deals from your database.
My family member just got an offer on his home after the first open house.
