I get it.

There’s a temptation to send out 1,000 direct mail letters to 1,000 different homes.

Sure it’s easier, it’s more efficient.

But you’re lucky if you get a 1% response rate.

So I’ve got a better idea. :) 

Send out a Magic Buyer Letter instead.

1) Write a letter that shares the specifics of who your buyer is and what they’re looking for

3) Include a clear CTA to call or text if they’ve had any thoughts about selling
